Specifications
  • Description: The electric T Series is a one-piece rear mount unit that is installed in the rear window area of the bus. This all-electric unit is charged, sealed and tested at the factory and is ready to operate as soon as the specified power requirements are connected. The scroll compressors, evaporator and condenser motors operate on 460VAC or 230VAC 3-phase 60hz power. The IntelligAire II microprocessor operates on 27VDC. The T Series all-electric unit is self-contained. The IntelligAire II microprocessor controls and monitors all unit modes and functions, including safety shutdown protection. Because of the unique split circuit design, the two scroll compressors can operate simultaneously or independently for optimum power and capacity management as power demands and cooling requirements vary. The treated condenser coil and the all aluminum frame resist corrosion.
  • Refrigerant Capacity: System net cooling capacity with 95 degrees F (35 degrees C) ambient, and 80 degrees F (26.7 degrees C) db, 67 degrees F (19.5 degrees C) wb evaporator return air (50% RH).

  • Unit Operation: AUTO, COOL, HEAT and VENT modes may be selected through hard-wired switches or optional display panel. The dual scroll compressors are thermostatically controlled for 2-stage capacity control in the cool mode. The 2-speed evaporator and condenser motors are thermostatically controlled based on operating conditions.
